Matt DoldAdvisor

Jackie began her career at Ernst & Young, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before moving into senior finance roles across mid-sized enterprises in both New Zealand and London.

Most recently, as CFO of CastlePoint, Jackie led the finance function, handling everything from day-to-day operations like payroll and cashflow forecasting, through to strategic planning that helped set the company up for a successful acquisition.

Jackie is passionate about using her experience to guide smaller companies and for-good enterprises toward sustainable success

Megan Dold also qualified as a Chartered Accountant while at Ernst & Young and then Flight Centre, and then went on to hold senior finance roles at Standard Bank in the UK.

As one of the original Directors at Oxygen Advisors, Megan helped set up the back-office support function for tech companies and startups, helping those companies manage their growing businesses without needing to worry about their finances. More recently, Megan has been heavily involved in supporting local organisations such as Playcentre on a voluntary basis.

Megan is driven to apply her expertise in providing finance support to help small companies and purpose-led organisations thrive.

Matt is the Founder and Director at Oxygen Advisors, providing VCFO-level support to full financial management for start-up and high growth companies.

A University of Otago graduate, Matt has worked with many notable companies including Auror, Thematic, Archipro, and Woop.

His expertise spans financial strategy, capital raising, and scaling businesses from early-stage startups to substantial revenue growth. Under Matt's leadership, Oxygen Advisors has supported over 100 startups, building a track record of success and reputation for resilience in the fast-paced growth ecosystem.
